I am a skeptic when it comes to dietary supplements, because the outcome usually is hard to quantify, especially when it’s a short trial. The waiver on the website didn’t help either. It sure is to make you think twice before you commit to try Mirabai Nektar.
I started my blind trial from Sept 10th to Oct 6th, initially with 5 drops in a drink after a meal, 3 times a day, and have increased to 10 drops per drink two days afterward. I mixed Nektar in coffee, plain water, and cold barley tea, as I usually do. I didn’t change my dietary patterns whatsoever. I even drank a glass or two of adult beverages occasionally. I measured my weight and vitals first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.
To my surprise, I noticed the changes starting in about 7 days. My bowel movement became more regular and effortless. My weight also gradually went down. As the delivery mechanism is a droplet, I think one can easily adjust the dosage. Today, Nov 1st, 25 days after the last drop, the weight loss is stopped but I am still maintaining the lost weight (6 lbs. in about 30 days), but not the bowel movement (still regular, but not as effortless as before). I didn’t notice or experience any side effects or discomfort of any kind. My vitals remained steady. I hope others find my experience informational and give it a try.
